Introduction
Ham'no Social Incubator is responsible for attracting and developing social ideas in collaboration with other incubators, the entrepreneurship centre, the growth centre, the technical service complex, and other Sharif University partners. Ham'no will be responsible for seed money.
Statement of the Issue
The public sector has a significant responsibility to address social issues. The conventional patterns of the public sector have focused on the end of the causal chain of social challenges (where social needs have become social crises) and annually spend billions to combat poverty, homelessness, addiction, etc. Recent studies revealed that the public sector frequently lacks the necessary innovations to address the root causes of problems (the initial parts of the causal chain). The "Ham'no" Social Incubator was created to foster creativity and innovation in design principles among public organizations and non-governmental organizations.
