چکیده
Abstract
Nowadays the importance of technology learning and technology catch-up is obvious to the many countries’ policymakers specifically developing countries’ . Successful experiences of countries like Korea and Taiwan, that they start to catch-up technology in specific industries and slightly they became technology developer have many lessons for developing countries like Iran. One of the factors that is necessary to having Successful technology catch-up is the system that is consist of technology actors and their interactions named national learning system. In this article, first the pillars(inputs& outputs) of national learning system will be recognized then Iran’s national learning system and its region countrie’s efficiency will be measured using Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA) method between 2012 -2015 and then region countries will be ranked and the results will be analyzed.
